OUTDOOR SEASON LEAGUES
SOWSL runs a 7-a-side 35+ division (ages 35 and over) and an 7 -a-side OPEN division (ages 16-unlimited) for the outdoor season. Games are held within the Sportsplex at King's Park). The indoor runs from late November until March.
The 35+ division plays on Monday nights and the OPEN division plays on Wednesday nights. Games are played at Kings Park with start times between 7:30pm and 8pm. The outdoor season will begin Mid/End of April and finish at the End of July.
